Thankful

Thanksgiving 2006 has come and gone, but we have not stopped being thankful for all of God's blessings. We had Thanksgiving in Houston this year along with lots of family. It had been at least seven years since I had seen some of my cousins and their children. We were at my aunt ans uncle's house just outside of Houston. He and his son own several horses and the kids got to horseback ride on Thursday afternoon. Poor Hannah had a bit of trouble due to an uncooperative horse. Brooklin, on the other hand, got the horse to cooperate again and thoroughly enjoyed herself. It was so peaceful and beautiful. In addition we celebrated my grandmother's upcoming 90th Birthday! She is a very neat woman, we had a wonderful time remembering lots of funny stories together. We are now entering the season to celebrate our Saviour's birth-truly something to be thankful for.
