What we've been up to

Well, as some of you read in a previous post, I will be setting out on a new adventure as of Monday morning. So, I have been very busy trying to get some things in order around our house. The girls room has been the most important, however, until this past week, I had just not been able to make any head way. We finally found an image to paint on their wall and so the painting and finishing of their room began and ended. They have a beach themed room and I am so glad it is finally done. I find painting to be very theraputic. Adam also was busy with a few projects of his own. The biggest one was replacing a very dull light fixture in our kitchen. Right before we left on our last trip of the summer, it stopped working. It was as good a time as any to change it out because we did not like it anyway. So one trip to Lowes and one hour and fifteen minutes later-new light fixture. Thanks to Mr. Handyman again.
