Adam and I had the privilege of attending the Masters Commission Director's Retreat in Phoenix, Arizona. It was very pretty and very hot. It reached 118 degrees breaking a record from 10 years ago. Jack went with us and enjoyed the pool as well as some shopping. He did great during the meetings also. Masters Commission is new territory and we are very excited to see what is ahead. This retreat was held at the Arizona Biltmore Resort and Spa. It was so cool, throughout the hotel were old photos about the history of the Biltmore. It was built in 1928 and boasts six pools. There is a children's play area and several shops and restaurants. Something very interesting about the hotel; every president since Herbert Hoover has stayed at the Arizona Biltmore. Also, Marilyn Monroe stayed there and especially enjoyed the original Catalina Pool. We were very blessed to have had this privilege and time of refreshing.
