Our Annual Family Date

It is our tradition to go on a family date each Christmas. So no matter what state or town we have lived in we uphold this tradition. Adam had an elaborate plan that was enjoyed by all. Yesterday, we headed out from Victoria around 10:00 a.m. We did make a quick stop at our brand new Starbucks. Yeah!! Off we went. The girls, Jack and I had to solve a riddle to get us going on our adventure. Daddy is very creative. We were headed to Houston, to the Galleria, no less. FYI-the most popular mall in America. Having safely arrived at our destination, we were in awe of the vasteness of the place in front of us-THE MALL!! The girls for different reasons than the boys. Poor little Jack, he just has no clue yet. We took in the sights, including ice skaters performing a recital. We then let the girls do just a bit of shopping. Hungry? No problem-La Madeline was at the ready with their delectable eats. We then debated about ice skating, but quickly decided we did not have enough time to enjoy on that date. That's ok though. Club Libby Lu to the rescue. Oh my, for every girly girl out there, Amazing, is all I can say. We let the girls do a wee bit more shopping and then, it was time for us to head home. What a glorious time we had making memories. The Christmas tree was so huge I had to take four shots of it.
