Toys for Tots
Having only lived in Victoria for six months we are experiencing many firsts. The Toys for Tots is just one of the firsts. Our church, Faith Family, in addition to several local business's accepted new toys donated by the community and they were distributed in our church parking lot today. Wow!! So many people. Our children's minister and outreach pastor did a fabulous job. Hannah serves as a Student in Leadership (SNL) and loves helping out with the drama team. They performed four skits and so one of the pictures is of Hannah in the skit. She did great. Oh the children were so excited. What a blessing to help so many in need at this time of year. And I have to mention, it was a balmy 80 degrees today-poor Santa-he was sweating.
