Well I feel better

Today our phone rang and once I saw it was an 866 number I thought twice about answering it. But I remembered that the Gallup poll had mentioned that they would be calling soon so I answered. And boy was I glad I did. It was *UniCare*. My favorite company these days! Anyway, the woman was actually calling to get my opinion of their customer service. I was ready. Ready to be kind but very honest. I don't even remember her first question but I then asked if I could only comment on the actual service of the person or my thoughts on my insurance. Lo and behold her second question had something to do with what would I have UniCare do differently or how could they serve me better. I was giddy with excitement as I went down my wish list of sorts. She couldn't type fast enough and one time I caught myself saying ya'll and corrected that by saying, "UniCare, not you, because your just asking the questions." The last couple of questions were regarding how happy I was with the insurance and if I would recommend them to a friend. My answer on both-ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!. I think everyone knows how I feel about my insurance and after today-they do. The only thing that makes me sad is that I am not foolish enough to think that anything is really going to change. But at least I feel better.
