Thank you for praying for Brooklin

I want to thank everyone who was praying and for those who will continue. Brooklin really began to turn a corner physically late last week-God is our Healer!! Our follow up appointment went well, I guess. He basically said "She is fine, I will see her in three months", and walked out the door in under five minutes. This is what I hear each time. Well, Adam and I have decided we need more. She is not a true "asthmatic", in that she walks around needing a rescue inhaler everyday or anything like that. However, when she gets what is a common cold to most, it turns into much more for her for some reason. Thankfully in addition to prayer, my mother-in-law is a nurse and very involved in many areas. She is hosting a large conference in Austin this week/weekend and thankfully she will have many gurus at her disposal. She is going to ask around and see what info she can gather for us as far as someone we can take Brooklin to to get better answers. I know that the appointment went well and I even thought "Am I blowing this out of proportion?", however, I want her to not have to be on all of the mneds and the unending doses of steroids, etc, so Adam and I both really believe we need to seek out the right medical person for Brooklin. I would ask that you please pray that Cathy will have the right connections for us and that we will have answers very soon. Thanks again for standing with us!!
