Jack wanted to lay down by his Christmas tree and look at the lights. He ended up falling asleep. So precious.

Our Christmas morning with the kids before we left to West Texas
One day Hannah asked for some whipped cream and said that she would love a can for Christmas. Guess what dad bought three of for stocking stuffers?
We couldn't forget Molly!
The week of Christmas we were able to go home and visit both the Trice's and Harris' for a few days each. Our time at home in Levelland was wonderful. My only complaint was that it was so short! We relaxed, and ate and looked at Christmas lights in both Levelland and Lubbock. We enjoyed a beautiful snow. It was different this year because both my brothers were unable to be home for Christmas this year. They were missed by all. Time at home is always so sweet.

Every year the local junior college decorates, and they went all out this Christmas.

On the evening of the 24th we left a bit earlier than planned due to the snow and icey conditions of the roads. We knew it would only be worse the later it got and we knew we would really have trouble getting out the next morning. So a typical 2 hour drive turned into a 2 hour and 45 minute drive but we arrived in Greenwood safely. Adam's older brother and his family were due to arrive that afternoon but the flight was delayed and then finally canceled. We planned to see them around noon on Christmas day, but the airline saw it differently. So we patiently waited and enjoyed Adam's little brother Daniel, his wife Kara, and our nephew Ethan. He and Ethan had lots of fun together. Jason and his family did make it in around 6:00 and we enjoyed dinner and gifts. it made Christmas last all day for us.
