Edible sand castle

There are many reason I love my kids birthdays. Birthday cake is one of them. Thanks to an early birthday present from Nana (birthday cake recipe book), Brooklin and I selected her cake last week. I had a castle cake pan and thus the edible sand castle. I made two cakes because I was just not sure how many little girls would show up. It was so much fun to make these and eat them!!! We do still have the bundt cake left-yeah us-cake for a week!
