Celebrating the 4th

We had a nice fourth of July celebrating with some friends from church. Several different small groups got together and drove to Lake Texana State Park. It was so much fun and so beautiful. We had to check in before we went around to our site and Adam brought back a paper concerning alligator etiquette. Nice. And yes we saw some. Other than the zoo I have never seen them up close and personal. Jack loved them and kept wanting to go see the crocodiles. We bar-b-qued, visited, and then enjoyed a firework show. It was a very pleasant evening.

Yikes!

He is bar-b-queing, but it is not alligator!

Looking for gators must have been the theme for the holiday weekend. We went Sunday to a State Park around here and were excited to see our first gators as well.

On a different note thank you so much for your prayers for our pregnancy! We are so happy and look foward to seeing ya'll in a few weeks at Bloys!

oooh...I'm so excited! I will be checking your blog everyday. :)

Too bad that aerobics video Jeff and Adam made got lost...I think we could have used clips of Will's video in it. haha.

Everytime I look at your blog I can't believe how grown up Hannah and Brooklin are. They seem so sweet and smart!
