The Building

An important part of having church is having a place to meet. Back in April, Adam had driven over to Rockport to look for a rent home for us and a place we could meet as a church. He found a strong lead on both fronts. We really felt God was leading and opening doors for us. As a family we went back in early May to iron out the details of the building and let the kids see it. From my earlier post, unbeknownst to us, another church was looking at the same building to start a church. In early June we were contacted by Bay Area Fellowship and talk and prayer began. These are the before pictures. The pics of the sanctuary with nothing in it were taken in May. All other pictures were taken in July as we began the process with Bay Area. The transformation from then until now is amazing, but that will be another post.
