Each August we make our way to the beautiful mountains of Fort Davis for a week away to unplug and unwind. To enjoy family and friends, the great outdoors and God's voice. This year was the same and yet so different. We left for West Texas and we were in the middle of the biggest transition we have faced in quite some time. We were trying to tie up loose ends on selling our home and also trying to work out some major details on buying one. We had to pray and trust God! Our first stop was to see my parents in Levelland for a couple of days. We had such a nice time. The kids love playing in Mimi and Poppy's backyard and this time was no exception. Especially with a turtle back there. Mom's dog did not know what to think about it.
