A Proud Moment

Right before we left for our trip, Brooklin wanted to learn to ride her bike without training wheels. It took Adam a couple of evenings and alot of running back and forth down our street and SHE DID IT!!!! Yeah Brooklin. As I captured her on video-I felt so proud. I remembered back to the time Hannah had learned to ride her bike. Adam taught her too. Some of our neighbors were out and all encouraged Brooklin about what a good job she was doing. To watch her as she would get started, Adam's hand on the back of the seat. She would finally have enough courage to go and then Adam would start running until she was going good. Then she would go a little ways down the road and stop. She didn't forget how while we were gone for almost three weeks. They say you never forget how to ride a bike. She can start and stop all by herself and go around our block like a pro. As a parent I love these moments of accomplishment.
