I lied

One more post about our trip. I am wondering how in the world I forgot this. Before we left Lubbock we ate at one of our all time favorite places. DION's. Yes, it is true Dion's has made there way into Texas!! We enjoyed it in Albuquerque when we lived there. I had heard that they were building one in Lubbock and then I heard it was to open in August. I called at the first of the week when I was home with mom and dad and they were not yet open. However by Thursday they were!!! The only downer-I did not get to enjoy any of the delicious cuisine-I had come down with a nasty intestinal bug just hours before Todd's wedding on Saturday. Not only that but it lasted an entire week. My first three days of in-service for school were very hard. Which by the way started the day after we arrived back in Victoria. I will leave it at that because if I start talking about it...But back to Dion's, I'll come see you again as soon as I can!
